Refund policy
At Al-Aabirah store, we want you love your purchase! Please make sure to double-check your size and measurements before placing your order to ensure the right fit- we want you to feel confident & comfortable in what you're ordering, as we are unable to accept returns for sizing or preference reasons.
Returns Elegibility
We only accept returns or offer refunds if an item is:
- faulty or defective
- incorrect item received
We do not accept refunds or returns for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- Dislike of colour/size or fit
- any personal preference reasons
Reporting a faulty or incorrect item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery at: aabirahco@gmail.com
If approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Condition of Approved Returns
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and Unused
- Returned within the timeframe provided after approval
- In Original packaging with tags attached
We reserve the rights to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to sanitary issues, such as:
- Niqabs
- Gloves

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
