At Al-aabirah we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for details on our shipping process, delivery times and costs.
Processing times
All orders are processed within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic ( standard 3-6 days business days / express 1-3 business days)
- International (1-2 weeks)
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs, postal service issues, or holidays.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after shipping.

Duties & Taxes (for international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, custom fees, and taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen or missing packages once they have been marked as shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Changes to shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after already placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
